Trest,DesoxyTest,TestProp,Mste n as good as it gets?

I think it depends on the gear. I'm getting minor discomfort off this current brand of enanth, but this other cyp was painless.

Also pinning pecs the day before training chest is a dumb-arse move LOL!
Hahaha damn I bet. What is your opinion on timing of where you pin in regards to training that muscle? Say for example how do you pin your delts in accordance with a shoulder workout: the day before, the day of: before or after the workout, the day after, or as far away from that workout as possible?
In my limited personal experience I've found that pinning tren ace into my delts before a shoulder workout on the day of the workout makes the delt really fuggin burn during the workout, and I haven't decided if it's in a good way or not. I think I kind of like pinning them the day of, but post workout.
Sorry if I'm rambling or don't make much sense. Didn't sleep last night; studying for an exam that is now about an hour and 15 minutes from now, and abusing the crap out of stims, nootropics, and perhaps some ADHD medication.

I think it's best to avoid delts and pecs before training those muscles, but I've had no issue with glute shots, which are my main target muscle. I usually pin the night before training.
 
Hmm.... A bit of a ho-hum workout in the beginning.



10min warm ups on the stepper, with 2x20 light leg extensions.



Front Squats - took me 4 sets to get arse to ground, weight was backed off some and knees felt a little sore. 7 X 10-12 reps.



Smith hacks - wide stance, felt pretty good. Pause at bottom, slow 5 count positive. 7 X 10.



Walking lunges - 3x 24 step sets holding 45lb plates. Wide lunges, 1 sec pause mid stride, but that kinda fell off as I fatigued.



Finished off with 20min on the tready, max incline.
 
Well fkers.... Had some downtime this week with no gym access. Did a couple of days running very low calories.

Today hit back, and it was a good one!

Started with pyramid rack pulls, 10x 10 sets ...

Next, moved focus to lats with assisted pull ups (various grips) super set with t-bar rows. The pull up weight remained the same, but progressively loaded the t-bar, squeezing each rep with no bounce. 5 sets of 10-10.

Kept the focus on the lats, with alternating db rows leaning on the rack, nice controlled, full stretch and contraction, moderate weights 5 X 10 each side.

Next, rear delt flies superset with db rows on the incline bench. This fully burnt out my rear delts, didn't finish the 4th set of 10-10.

Traps left - ran 3 sets with no rest of 10 rep DB shrugs, with a focus on the contraction and negative.

Then, loaded up the smith, got the straps and did 20 rep sets (3) behind the back shrugs - different angle I find it hits the lower traps better.

No more gas in the tank, but managed 15min X trainer to loosen up the back muscles.

High carb day today, aiming for around 300-400g carbs so the rice cooker got loaded up.

Next month, will start upping the cardio and dropping the cals.
 
nice, I have been doing full body tabata workouts starting this week. I've gotten so bulky it's time to slim down.

I started back in December with full body strength/hypertrophy workouts. good times.

This week I've got no gym access - might do some body weight exercises.... But diet will fast until 3pm, will be in deficit, and keep the carbs ultra low.

Let's see what happens!
 
Well no training so far, 3 days off. Eating in a big deficit around 1,500 cals, with dinner around 900 cals.

All fats and protein, should be hitting keto by now. Post training Sat will do a carb load.
 
Ok.... Stuck to the diet woke up 2lbs lighter .... Hit the carbs this morning then smashed out a massive push-pull workout.

No way you are at 15 unless you are awkwardly/unproportionally holding some fat in love handles on lower belly. My guess is 13. As you can kinda see some striation coming through in on your chest and also have very tight looking skin especially on your arms. Lol no homo. But serious looking good

250mg test e - that's it.

I've been running that since mid-Dec. only difference is carb cycling on a hard diet rebound - I think I've managed it a lot better this time round.

A good day hitting legs - with more focus on the ham/glutes



Started off with 10min on the stepper, then 2x 20 reps on the leg extension to get the blood pumping.



Front Squats 5 X 12

Didn't go too heavy, focused on form and easily hit my starting max from a few months ago.



SL/R DLs 6x12

Alternated between the two, back was a little fatigued from yesterday but got good pump.



Walking lunges - 8 X high reps

Alternated between wide and narrow stride - was about 14 steps wide and 20 narrow.



Smith hacks - 5 X 10

Not as good as a 45 machine, but get a good wide stance and sit / pause into the squat. Hammers the glutes and hams - kinda ****ed after these sets.



Quad ext ss ham curls 6 X 15

Burnt them out, heavy as possible with squeezing each rep.



17 min warm down cardio - max incline . Didn't make it to 20 mins.



That was this morning, feeling the doms now - especially the glutes.
 
Just run Primo and Tren, lol. It's amazing.

Btw, you are likely well below 15% BF. Those caliper tests (which is what most people use) are only good for giving you variance between two tests. When I show up @ 13% on caliper + scale testing, the DEXA will tell me 9.9 - 10.4% BF. Hardly even the same ballpark. The electronic hand-held scanner is equally as inaccurate as a caliper test.
 
**** primo bro - requires large volumes and only come in 100mg/ml, is mega expensive and chances are it's EQ ...

... But yeah I've Dexa scanned at 10%, I reckon my abs don't come fully in until 12% and they're not visible now, flat stomach, maybe a shadow of abs depleted in the morning... but if I was going to be brutally honest I'll still say 15%, maybe 14% if I'm feeling generous ... But thanks anyway. Once you hit 40 (I'm 42 soon) it's tougher to stay lean, jerked and injury free ;)
 
Looking f*cking incredible for 42, man. My dad is 50 and looks damn good too, he's very busy making life easier for all of his loved ones so doesn't get in the gym as often as he'd like but makes up for it with intensity when he does go in to work out.
 
It's amazing what an iron lifestyle can do for an older man. How long has your dad been training for?

He's been on and off his whole life; I think he first started when he joined his high school football team at age 15. He got really motivated to get back into it when I asked him (also at age 15) if he would set me up with a personal trainer to build some muscle.
 
I'm thinking of running some trest ace, like 50mg ED - stuff sounds so potent!

IM trest? I was considering it as a kicker for my next cycle. Maybe stacked with oral and transdermal because I already have those on hand. Let me know how it goes if you end up doing it.

Yep I hear it's a very wet compound. I'd keep it short to 4 weeks tops.

So here's what I'm thinking of:

Wk 1-4 trest ace 50mg ED
Wk 4-12 proviron 100mg ED
Wk 1-12 1-Test Cyp 600mg EW
Wk 1- 8 Test blend 600mg EW
Wk 9-12 test blend 900mg EW

During the trest, I'll look at 2mg arimidex EOD, then swap over to 12.5mg aromasin ED.

Thoughts?

Well a sh1t week for training and under-eating.

And when I finally got to the gym today it showed. Very underpowered and unmotivated - even with a ml of TNE jabbed in my arse.

Managed to complete a chest - back workout.

Took 7g of kratom after, ate some pork mince and rice. Will load in some carbs today in anticipation for a decent leg workout.
 
What strain of kratom you using?

Nice, I reviewed MHK's Private Reserve Green Indo. I haven't been able to use it though because every time I do, it makes me all itchy like I'm on some type of hard drug.

I think I was doing 4g. And when I tried 2g, there was no itching but also not much positive from it either.

Well yesterday was my 8 year anniversary, I got steak, but was tired an skipped the blow job.
Probably from libido loss now that I'm off test.
 
Nope but the gf and I had a night out last Thursday, and tried some new things in the bedroom afterwards... Alcohol is great sometimes.
And my boss gave me steak. So I guess I did end up getting both :)

My knees are aching like they did a couple of years ago. Not sure what causes it cause it even archs up when I'm sitting for too long.

So no squats, leg press or lunges for a few months.

I'll focus on hams and calves. Had no problem with DLs yesterday.

Diets adjusting driven by work. Dropped most of my carbs, except night meal. Introduced a lot of fats - not intentional keto but it's leaning that way. See where I'm at in a few weeks.

Legs are pretty much developed, so some time out won't hurt

Damn you prof! I've managed to hook up a free 2 week pass to a local gym. Call me a Jew but I'll be training again! After Easter lol!
 
Home at last got 4 days of solid training lined up over Easter.

Smashed out some shoulders it's been a while.

Started out on the plate loaded press machine. 5 sets of 15 more to get a warm up no maxing out.

Next, delt raises supersetting heavy with light dbs 5 X 8/8.

Then over to the smith machine for steep, say 70 degrees presses. I like the angle doesn't grind my shoulder too much and also hits my upper pecs. 5 X 8-12 reps.

Inclined rear delt flys with face pull super sets. 4 X 10/10.

Then 3 sets of Arnold presses - very humbling exercise.

Finished with 3 sets of alternating db front raises till failure.

Had a good pump for sure and felt motivated. Doing some diet planning this weekend for my cut.
 
That's it, get in there over Easter, it should be quieter. Don't be a tight arse and get a gym membership.
