It is my limited experience that when my bp is more out of control, I am more anxious. I have heard this bro theory before, and it does seem to hold weight for me. That’s just one single anecdote, but it is very reasonable to believe your BP shot up on Trest.
I am pinning 15mg Trest Ace now twice a week these last couple weeks on blast, was doing 1 day occasionally, and I can say without a doubt any day I pin it blood pressure jumps up for sure. Sweating, flushing, enhanced energy and definite sensitivity to stimulants/lack of need for them.
In any case, if you weren’t measuring bp before and don’t have a home cuff reader, you need to drop ~$100 on Amazon and buy a quality one with good reviews, probably an XL cuff too depending on arm size. It’s an investment in your longterm health & successful AAS use.
If you want some help with gyno on Trest, get Exemestane, Raloxifene, & Inhibit P. A low dose of Ralox will let you get away with less Exemestane and help prevent your existing gyno from growing even if your estrogen isn’t crushed all the way (which is bad for growth; you want it controlled). Maybe Cabergoline if you are very sensitive to prolactin & daily Inhibit P isn’t enough, but unless you know this from bloodwork or gotten gyno from other 19-nors as well that might be overkill. And Caber is expensive.
Masteron might also be a good stacking option with Trestolone if you wanted to use a bit less Trest to lower estrogen burden while simultaneously counteracting it, gyno-wise.
