TRENing it up in this biotch

Obviously i cant eat 0 fat but im pretty darn close i only get about 10g of trace sat fat. Anyways fml i woke too late to workout today. Working 15 hour day rest of week but ima squeeze in a couple sessions.. Chest mañana.

I usually do incorporate healthy fats. But a few weeks just while on tren cant be terrible. Ill link up the studies i was talking about later. That might get you dropping your fat intake and upping your carbs when running tren..sleep is great.. Prami knocks me the fug out and i nights i dont take prami i pop some melatonin and wake up once or twice but can feel great off of 4-5 hours of sleep. Obviously i shoot for 7-8 though.. I am starting to sweat a lot more its gotta be from the carbs
 
What dose you running the prami at? My first couple doses had me spewing my guts up a few hour after taking it.

ive been working like a slave this week but still managed to get to the gym..yesterday was the day that i can for certain say that the tren is in full swing..the gym aggression is insane!! the euphoria mixed with the aggression plus seeing veins pop out and fat falling off like crazy is amazing to say the least..i destroyed shoulders yesterday and never had as much of a pump as i did. the added aggression allowed me to keep pushing past the pump..the pain was almost to the point of numbing but i loved it and kept pushing..by the end of one of my drop sets what i was doing didnt look like reps as more of little weird twitches. today i did back..just as intense as yesterday except my workout was a little rushed.my body is changing everyday and people are noticing..getting all sorts of stares and compliments ..the 40 year old milf at the bar keeps flirting with me so ima see what magic i can work there

Your better off cutting the carbs at night so you don't sweat.. You'll notice on tren about a half hour after eating a carb meal your body temp will elevated its weird

Yeah! It's like I am on fire after eating carbs. That is weird. I cut carbs at 2 pm today. Only Took in like 75 carbs today
 
What are the long term effects for use of TREN? Are they worth the gains?

Definitely dont wanna use tren for too long.. That shiz bottoms out HDLs (keep your highs high and your lows low) and promotes inflammation..its a harsh compound but the gains are rediculous

Haha ima early bird type dude.. Love the environment cant get shiz done if i go anytime after 4.. They have been my favorite exercise since i started lifting. Nothing like picking up some heavy ass weight
 
On tren anything is possible, except flying. I wouldn't go jumping off my roof or nothin lol, well maybe the bath salts would cause that.

Smashed arms today.. Muscle endurnce is crazy even for the small muscle groups..who spends two hours on biceps triceps? me thats whoo..My birthday is on Wednesday and were doin it pretty big got a suite in Atlantic city. So diet that day isn't gonna be good t all followed up with some excessive drinking.. Just hotta remember to stay hydrated..That's the only time thats gnna happen this cycle.. I wanna dry myself out and look swole cuz i gonna be on the boardwalk so absolutely no carbs from today till Tuesday ill start loading them at night... Maybe ill get some nudes up on progress so far after a little carb shuffle.. I think its been about 3 weeks on cycle so far
