I still have all my hair, going to the barbershop more often I used to go every Wednesday. I have to go in on Fridays just to get a shave. Going twice a week sometimes 3. Hair is growing fast and very dark, my wife said it also dry to use conditioner haha good luCk on that.
My strength is up, if I could get more sleep I know I would get more gains. I'm happy with the results in the last few days.

2:40pm-3:30pm feel very sleepy took a nap
4pm a fist full of raisin,carsin, cashews mix with a protein shake.
6pm 8oz steak with yam, half a yellow plantains.
7:29pm half a cup of mix nuts. Trenavar, letro 2.5mg and all my sups,

9pm protein shake, hcg 1000iu
11:48 pm snacked on chocolate & yogurt pretzels. Going back to sleep
