Trenadrol gains and gyno?

I have heard that trenadrol is notorious for gyno? Obviously this would be more so at higher doses. How bad might it be on a 30/60/60/90 cycle? Also I've heard that the gains are hard to keep even with a SERM. Any thoughts?
 
its not notorious for gyno, its just i think people neglect proper support suring cycle to help stop the onset of gyno, or people r just really prone to it. i have never heard of trenadrol gains being hard to keep. just keep dieting and training like u were on cycle and u should be fine.
 
I've only run trenadrol once and my strength was absolutely insane from week 2 on. My strength numbers have come down to reality now that I'm off cycle, though I haven't lost much mass at all. I have always been able to keep my strength gains in the past on SD/Phera/Methyl XT cycles in the past. I have to believe tren's strength gains are due to more neuro-muscular recruitment on-cycle than slow strength build up from nitrogen-retention/increased recovery from most other steroids. Just broscience though.
 
No gyno for me as of yet and I have kept 13lbs of gains. Finished my PCT today.

30 for week 1 sounds low though and i dont think it will do anything for you.

I did 60/60/90/90/90.
 
The tren PS (estra-4,9) does aggrevate gyno pretty bad. I know this from personal experience and by word of mouth. We're having a lot of people come back to stores that carry our estra-4,9 product (this is not a plug) with a "deer in the headlights" look on their face saying their nipples got puffy. They should have paid more attention to the label. :/

If you do choose to take this PS, keep the proper inhibitors on hand. Any experienced BB'er will tell you that its better to be safe than sorry.

I would use the 30 for the first week because it would be stacked with Epistane. That would be my last week in my four week cycle of epi bridging into the tren. Should I still go right to 60? Or maybe just a day or two of 30?
