trenadrol dosage?

I am starting my first cycle.
I decided to use trenadrol.
it will be a 4 week cycle

my dosage will be
week 1
30 mg
week 2,3,4
60 mg

i am a little nervous at taking 90 mg on last week, so ill stay with 60 mg

When is the proper time to take the pills (empty stomach, with meal)?
it is not mentioned on the bottle.
all it says it do not exceed 3 pills a day
(30 mg a pill)

I agree, 90mg at the least if you are going to run it.
