I took trenadrol and didnt do a proper PCT. I have a flare up on my left nipple. Nothing crazy but my nipple is puffy. It will range sometimes. It will be worse sometimes but always a little bit puffy. It also sticks out a little and is hard underneath. Please let me know what to take. I heard tomoxifin plus ATD or what? It has been apparent for a few months now and it really hasnt gotten worse but not better. My right nipple is perfectly fine. Please list what i should be taking.
