Trena-V Insomnia

Precursor- I already have terrible insomnia and am on multiple medications for sleep.


I picked up some Trena V (trendione). ester-4,9,11-triene-3,17-dione

Tried 3 caps (15mg each), and had terrible insomnia. Tried 2 caps and still had terrible insomnia. 1 cap and I slept well, just a little night sweats.

Is 15mg of trena V even worth taking? Also on test E 500mg/week and kickstarted the cycle with superdrol.


I already only get 4-4 1/2 hrs of sleep not on cycle. So don’t want to decrease that anymore.


Also does anyone know a mg conversion from trena v to injectable tren. So I know how much I’m really taking.

its all in your head. trendione doesn't exibit those side effects at 15 mgs. especially the night sweats. at 125-150mgs per day and yes you will see those sides. that said.. if you cant sleep why in the fek would you tangle with something that could exacerbate the issue? just stop. 15 mgs a day is not going to give you any positive effects.

Just have terrible insomnia, without meds I can go 6-7 days with 0 sleep. Even had me hooked up to an EEG to monitor this.


45mg I was drenched in sweat and didn’t sleep. 30mg I was also drenched in sweat and slept 2 1/2hrs.

Honestly it was on sale and was looking for an extra boost on cycle but to keep the gains dry.

I have tried another brand of trenavar and could take 120mg and had no side effects at all. But this brand is kicking my ass.

Well damn I have very bad sleep quality and if yours is as bad as you say I really feel for you. Steroids make my sleep worse than it already is btw No matter what I do I’ll wake up every 30 mins. You should probably choose very carefully what compounds you use.

Well damn I have very bad sleep quality and if yours is as bad as you say I really feel for you. Steroids make my sleep worse than it already is btw No matter what I do I’ll wake up every 30 mins. You should probably choose very carefully what compounds you use.

Yeah I rotate between about 8 medications for sleep and average 4- 4 1/2 hrs.
Superdrol, epi, and test e have had no effect on my sleep.

Didn’t think the conversion rate to tren was that high. As does every one else who has commented here. So I assumed with a low conversion rate it wouldn’t effect my sleep.

I too deep down knew I had a problem with alcohol at like 24-25 years old... at first you deny it... then you know but you won’t talk about it... only a year and a half ago did I completly stop at 28 years old. I am 61 and started drinking at 13...I have 22 years sober, if only I had wised up sooner.

I had a great AA sponsor, an old black dude named willie[RIP] he was a high school drop out and spent most of his life in prison. that was one tough old guy, he didn't put up with any of my bullshit.

I was lucky to have had willie in my life, miss him a whole lot, one of the best TRUE friends I've ever had!!!

Trenna v is legit, very good stuff. Sides kicked my ass after 2,5 weeks but struggled it out for four weeks so far. Results were unreal at 135mg ed

The product doesn't even really start working till you hit about 75mg per day, so 1 I think your getting inside your own head and 2 your wasting money, time and a cycle

I'm not talking about a specific brand, I'm talking about the compound that you said your taking. It could be five hundred different brands, if it's the compound that you said it is it would always be the same unless one is bunk or one is fake or one has another product in it

Hence seeing side effects at 45mg and 30mg. Personally, I think it’s a different formula then the other trenavar clones out there.

It does not matter what the label says the dose to take us. All compounds have a range on where they work. 30-45mg of that compound is nothing

Because I took took the trena v at 30 and 45mg and had night sweats and didn’t sleep at all either night. Normally I average 4- 4 1/2hrs.

Hence, why I stopped it. I just came here to give my 2 cents about the specific product and ask questions about the compound.
