Tren/Epi and PCT log

Hey all, this is a first time post, along with a first time log. Sorry if I am posting in the wrong section. However, I thought it might belong here. I saw some real good things along with some negatives with this stack. So here is the low down. Just ordered my Trenadrol and epistane last night and plan on starting the stack in a week or two. Played football back in high school (lifting was mand.) and am now on and off with boxing. Ive researched this stack and products by themselves now for a long time, probably 3-4 months.

Current Weight: 146 (Had to cut big time for a fight. normally stay around 160.)

Goal: hoping to cut a little body fat, not that i have much as is, and lay on some hardcore lean muscle.

Take in approx. 2200-2600 cals per day. Diet is very very clean.

PCT is just an OTC, after alot of research ive noticed people writing logs are fine with an OTC so thats what ive got lined up. Decided to get epi because it supposedly helps with gyno, cause i dont want any tits or anything.

If you guys wanna see some more info on my stack or my background just let me know, like I said, this is my first log so im not sure what you guys all wanna know. Wish me luck.
 
Hey I'm currently taking 90mg of Tren, and 30mg of Epi daily. This is my 12th day on
and my bench has gone from a max of 315 to 315 x 4 already. I had been stuck at this point for the last eighteen months. First time caller long time listener.
 
Sounds like your putting in some work in that gym. Your runnin 90mg of tren though? thats pretty steep. How long is your cycle gunna last? What kind of sides are you experiencing if any? I really cant wait to get on this stuff.

90mg of Tren is fine.... its when people go over 120mg when its considered steep. Mg for Mg Tren isnt as potent as others.
 
Mikey, i wasnt saying that its too much, I was gunna go with 60mg until my second week and then start impletmenting 90mg.

So i guess i should give you guys my layout and tell me if you think i should adjust. I do have supps to complement tren such as h. berries and fish oil. Anyway

Week 1- Tren alone 60mg
Week 2- Tren alone 60mg
Week 3-Tren + Epi. 90mg of Tren and 2 caps of epi
Week 4- Finish the Tren. 3 caps of epi
week 5+6- 3 caps of epi
week 7- PCT
 
Any suggestions let me know guys. Im open to all of this. Like i said i did alot of research and thought about the layout for awhile. Im open to any ideas and always willing to learn some more stuff.

Anyways, if you wanna do this, start epi 1st and end with tren. Tren will shut you down faster than epi.

you don't wanna be shut down hard in your last weeks with no libido, it does suck.

I'd prolly run it like this

epi 30 tren 60
tren 90
tren 90

PCT

One last thing, when i diet down to lose fat, i take 2200, so dude, get those cals to 3000.
 
thanks for the info, problem. good call. Like i said i had to cut big time for my fight. I fight welterweight which is max 151 lbs. I usually sit around 160-165. and again, my cal intake was around 2200 because of the fight. Its actually next weekend and thats why im waiting 2 weeks to start this stack.

Alright guys. so heres the deal. I took off from lifting all last week and did just cardio, due to my weight that has to be at a certain weight for the next week.

Day 1: took 30 of epistane. No surprise, didnt feel any different. however, i was glad to get back into the gym. Also, I couldnt stop eating. Not saying it was nec. Epi, but i had a week break from school so i ate real food all week. Came back up to school and am not back to this slop.

Day 2: 30-Epistane. Have yet to lift. Plan on doing that within the hour. Took in about 3100-3200 cals. today. 219g of that was protein, which is right on target. Lastly, I couldnt stop going to the BR all day. Ended up going three times and im guessing im not done...who knows, anyways ill keep everyone updated.

I am currently doing a cycle of trenadrol and i was thinking bridging to epistane to end just for the fact that last time i did a cycle of epi my libido shot through the roof, and its pretty dead now from the tren... is my logica flawed here?
 
You should be safe bridging it bro. Depends on how long your cycle with tren was and how long your cycle you plan on doing epi with. Also, I wouldnt take epi if your feeling any sides with tren, such as the joint stiffness.
 
the combo will dry you the hell out, my elbows are killing me on 30 mg epi 60 mg extreme tren ( dienelone precursor for those who dont know not tren ) but I love epi, tren makes me reaaalll angry and aggressive while epi makes me happy and kind. I hope the two will balance eachother out as ive had to abandon tren cycles before. Id get clomed too dude, trenadrol is hard on you, noone even really knows what it is, I hear it destroys your blodd pressure, and causes nightmares.
 
and Im in to watch this too, but like the earlier poster said man you could gain a tom more naturally , try size on and cyto gainer together in a stack with maybe zeus and you will grow for sure. But im not one of those idiots who rips people for their decisions so I will sub this and follow and try to help where I can. If you do an over the counter id go for Anabolic extreme pct it worked for me after tren, I was horny as hell 3 days after I started pct.
 
Searl, thanks for the heads up. Yeah, i hear it drys people out really bad. Im downing gloucosimine pills though for when i hit the Tren portion of this cycle. Heard about the high blood pressure and nightmares, although many people have said they actually like the dreams.lol.

On another note, I actually do have the anabolic extreme pct, so im glad you gave it a good review too. Before you even said anything, I was thinking about moving my Tren up a week into next week because of how hard it is. still debating though. The E properties in epi might also help fight gyno too. Ill update again tonight after my workout.

ya man , sorry about that I got a bad short term memory, ( alot of weed in highschool ) I see that you did write that now. Its all good man your light right now for a reason, I respect that for sure, a new mma club just opened like 2 min from my apartment I wanna join it for sure, I got fake front theeth though so im a little hesitant, used to box but I cant afford new veneer teeth right now if i lose em lol. You will gain nicely man ( if your allowed to gain weight that is ) Id eat like a friggen horse and u will explode. Now that I think about it my joints are friggen killing meeee. But I love epi.
 
Day 3: 30--epi. Nothing new to update. still taking in 3,000 cal and around 220g of protein. while hitting the heavybag i had a sharp pain run from the bottom of my back to the top extremely quick and was gone. Not worried at all.

Day 4: 30--epi. Not too much. i am gaining weight, but that is due to the change in diet i suspect. From previous posts you can see how much my diet has changed after the fight. Feeling really good. Slight gain in facial acne, but that could simply be me. maybe one or two here and there. (I really dont have pimples on my body.) Minor back pumps again today, here and there and then they dissapear. Could have slept on it weird or something. Looking forward to start seeing results. Tomorrow is Decline and Tri's. Ill update again tomorrow.
 
Im on day 4 too dude, my shoulders are stiff, and sore as hell right now. I got some glucosamine going , but still sore for sure. Been running around alot and doing some cardio so Im actually down 5 pounds . Keep posting man and we can exchange feedback as were basaically on the same day and amount.

Hey guys, sorry about the delay on all of my days. I see my views keep going up, so ill keep posting. Anyway...I take the weekends off and just do cardio. Tomorrow will be incline and flat bench. Pretty glad the weekends are my off days because my whole body is sore from lifting, which i havent been in awhile. Feels Great!

Day 5: 30 epi. did alittle more on Tricep extentions and skull crushers. Also, on my last set of decline bench i normally squeeze out 4-6 and got 8 rather easy. Starting to notice minimal gains.

Day 6&7: 30 epi. took the weekend off and get back to it tomorrow. still taking in 3,000 or so (not any less) cal. per day. the woman said i looked bigger and stronger. Hope the looks can transfer into actually doing something in the gym or its worthless though,lol. She also said i look like im losing body fat. Hopefully this week ill start seeing all of the results. Ill update again tomorrow night. No sides, and next monday i will throw in the Trenadrol by Kilosports.
 
Day 8: 30mg of epi. Finally! lol. starting to see some results in the gym. Did chest today; inlcine and flat. My bodyweight is up to 160.5, which means ive gained 6.5 lbs in 7 days. Not bad, but its due to the change in my diet. Not sure how much to credit epi. My bench actually stayed the same but incline and incline flys both went up. inlcine bench went up 5 lbs and so did flies. Still feeling great no sides and no difference in libido. I got legs tomorrow night so ill update that again. My legs are still sore from last week though so Ill see how it goes.
 
Day 9: legs-- Another great workout. The one thing i have noticed is that i sweat nonstop and by the end am swimming in my own sweat, i personally dont really care though. Still on 30 of epi. I have definetley noticed gains in squats. About a 10 lb. increase. Also, during calves i feel like they are about to pop out of my freaking legs lol. Great feeling. my weight is up another 1.5 pounds since i last updated. I cant say i have noticed any reduction in bodyfat, myself. However, the calorie intake that has increased in my diet, and i havent gained any either. Not a bad trade off at all. Tomorrow I have off and will update again on Thursday.
 
sorry,D. I didnt think anyone was actually still reading this. Almost all of my sets have gone up by 10 lbs. I am currently sitting at 164.6 lbs, up from 151. Bodyfat has stayed right around the same, might have dropped a percentage.

Started trenadrol by kilosports on monday. Havent noticed anything too bad with it yet. I do have a tighter back since ive started the trenadrol, but its nothing bad, just annoying at times. Maybe one or two more pimples, which im assuming will dissapear within a couple more days. Did have my first "tren dream" last night and it was pretty wicked. I just went around f-ing' sh!t up. Can't say that ive noticed anything in the gym from the trenadrol yet, but im really excited to see what happens tomorrow and friday. Today is my day off--Ill keep posting if everyone one to keep reading. Let me know, otherwise ill post every once and awhile and especially at the end of the cycle.

hey man not tryn to rip on you but if you sit at 167 usually why not get there natty and then use epi/tren? should be able to get back to 167 in a minute. =/
 
hey qwick, glad someone finally had a question for me. I knew this question was coming, i just thought someone would have ripped me a new one for it by now. Reason being is that i want to keep all of my fat off. When i sit at 167 i normally have a little more bodyfat than what i do now. I also train biceps when im at 167, but for punching they do you no good-even slow you down. To give you a final answer with no bs; Im a welterweight right now and would love to move up to middle. I thought this was a good idea. Maybe my reasoning sucks, but its what was going through my mind when i thought it all out : /
 
but isnt middleweight just 160? seems like it would be easy enough to achieve naturally, just getting a good solid diet and carb cycling. not like your trying to reach 250 or anything.
 
yup, 165. I see what your saying though. Kinda late now though. Im just posting to help people out here. I know its not the best log, by far, but its just alittle something. Thanks for the interest, and I hope you follow through til the end with me. Not to get off subject, but it sounds like you know alil about am. boxing. I know youve heard at 152 (welter) its the toughest weight class to fight in because of the speed and strength the guys have. Reason im looking to move up is hopefully ill get some guys that i can use my speed on. Not to get off of the subject though, i thought it would be fun to add in alittle talk. Ill post again tonight after I lift. Nova plays Duke tonight so i gotta watch my school.
 
alright guy, so my workout was decent, i increased my weights very minimally on my bi/shoulder day today. Feeling great still. No real sides. The only thing that I might be able to say is that my left nipple might be alittle puffy, but thats it. I dont think I should be too worried just yet, but ill keep a close eye on it. I don't have soreness or anything else, such as a lump. Im thinking it may just be water retention? Yesterday i did notice at times it was alittle ticklish when my shirt would rub the right way, but since it was only once and awhile i didnt think much of it. Once again, it might all be in my head. If anyone wants to chime in feel free to let me know. Ill update again tomorrow
 
Hello, great log, I just thought I would mention I just finished an 8 week cycle of Epi & Trenadrol. I am now on my second week of PCT & things are going well. I am in no way a PH expert but since I just finished a cycle close to your own if you have any questions let me know. A couple things to mention, the Trenadrol is great, the only neg. I, & most people experiance, are back pumps. Your back can get pretty sore & stiff, but you just have to work through the pain.

Thanks MBF, things are going great and the Trenadrol is treating me well. Today was my first day of 90-Trenadrol. I havent noticed back pumps except within the first two days. Joints are doing well. I have minor nosebleeds once in awhile and i got my first headache. I upped my dosage of Fish oil and hawthorne and havent had any issues since. My bench has increased by 30 lbs. No increase in anger. Libido is quickly dropping however. Can only get up when the wifey is doing her thing. I have less than 2 weeks left on my cycle so things are looking up
