I've searched around and I have not found much written on trenbolone's ability to enlarge the prostate.... It does not convert to DHT but DOES have an extremely high affinity for th AR.
can anyone with knowledge/expertise on this subject shed some light>?
also...There is supposed kidney toxicity issues with tren, however there seems to be no scientific literate (that I have found at least) proving this to be true...
