tren ace/var/test e cycle

Good day gents!

Just started running a cycle and I want to see if all my research lead me in the right direction and hopefully get some good insight from you guys.

Im 6'2 231 as of this morning at around 15-16%bf. I used to be 288lbs and have been consistently training fo about 4 years straight now. My entire famly is built like barrell chested bull dogs so I'll never be tiny. Monday I started running a tren ace/ var/ and test E. I have previously run tren at 200mg with no issues so I am looking forward to bumping it up a little. I am pinning 200mg Test e 3x a week mixed with 100mg Tren ace as well as 50mg var daily. Cardio 5x a week (incline treadmill, stair stepper. etc). And my diet is on point. My question is should i run these dosages for the full 12 or play it by ear and bump them up

? Also, I have My PCT lined up( i prefer clomid over novla)
Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated
 
i did just about the opposite with regards to the test / tren dosage. i did test at 200mg/week and tren ace i got up to 700mg / week (100mg a day). it worked phenomenally for me, i really like that combo. I would say just tinker around with the tren dose since that is going to be a much faster acting drug. i could tell within a week that i went from 350mg / week of tren ace to 500, and then from 500 to 700. each bump is very very noticeable when it comes to body composition, strength, and side effects.
 
at 500 i had almost no sides. 700 is when the aggression started to become noticeable, and hair thinning started occuring. i was shedding hair in the shower pretty bad. after coming off it has subsided a ton, although i find a few loose hairs every time, not nearly as bad when on tren.

most notable side was the horrible asthma-like breathing when trying to do cardio. people kept telling me it would be bad, but i was seriously huffing and puffing when only walking up 3 flights of stairs. it was brutal.

i never had the bad tren sweats at night, or bad sleep on it so that's a plus.
 
I'm currently on 300 Test C/week and 500 Tren A/week and that is the sweet spot for me. Istarted with higher test and lower tren, and as I increased the Tren started lowering the test. These last 2 weeks when I got to this current dosing is when things took off. Let the Tren do the work and it will surely show.
 
Iv never done a higher tren than test course iv always felt it necessary to keep test higher than other compounds, but it's what works for you, there's only guide lines on courses mate its upto you to experiment and find what works for you....just don't go crazy right away lol.

I find tren gives me acne if I high dose, so it's not an option for me, iv played about with all sort of courses, iv had good results of test e and tren before, without the var.

I did such a small amount of cardio and I ripped up noticeably just through lifting and diet.

Appreciate all the input fellas. Im gonna let these first two weeks play out and go from there. I regretted not upping my tren last time and im trying not to be too greedy too fast. will keep updates and progress throughout
 
It's good you've gone with tren ace over tren e, first site of any sides you don't want you can cut down with a quicker affect

PS...the last few days at 150mg Tren eod has acne coming out like a mono on me. Will be lowering it because of it. Think I'm going to try every day dosing, 50-60mg's.
 
Me personally wouldn't go over 600mg of tren, until my body was really really used to the drug, acne is a real bitch if I'm not careful, I just did a year of roaccutane, done a course of sus and deca since and currently doing a RIPz blend containing tren e at 300mg a week, and no sign of the acne so I'm hoping my glands have been shut down by the accutane, a year's treatment well worth it
 
ED pins suck after a while, but i found that was the only way to keep my levels stable enough to not have sides. after a while it just kind of became routine to pin every day. find enough sites to pin started to suck. my glutes had too much scar tissue, so it became VG left and right, delts, and then upper and lower quads. still haven't gotten the guts to try lats.

Well I'm getting ready to add some TNE to the mix PWO, so would be pinning most days of the week anyways. I actually hate days I don't pin. I'm sick!!
 
what are your thoughts on this diet.. im pretty religious about it so im excited to see how it works

515am(i know.. i get up early as ****) 1/2 cup of oatmeal plain with stevia, 3 egg whites, 1 cup almond milk

8am:post cardio protein shake

10am 2 hardboiled eggs(1 yoke) and handful of almonds

1230: 6oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup brown rice or quinoa, 1 cup(measured un cooked) green veggies and post workout shake

330:fruit ( usually apples with peanut butter) small serving

6pm dinner 8 oz lean meat, sweet potato and green veggies

macros: 300c/225/p/100f

Im over a gallon of water a day and i walk on incline an hour and then i "have" to run (job requirement)

duuuudddeeeee. suspension hurts like a mother. i was using the oil based suspension and it left some pretty bad pip. i hear water based is even worse since it crashes in the muscle quicker. makes for one hell of a pump though. how much are you doing each day? or is just for certain days?

that looks really solid man. if you can stick to that you would be SHREDDED
 
preciate it man.. i have the worlds ****tiest genetics so even looking at ****ty food ill gain weight so I have to be on point

Going to be just on workout days. But mixed with the Tren A I'm hoping it will be less PIP. Just going for 50mg to start. It's 100 per ml. Haven't gotten it yet. It's on the way.

gotcha. i was doing 100mg on arm day. i actually pinned 50mg in each bicep... huge mistake. i couldnt extend my arms for a couple of days. next week i did 100mg (1ml) mixed with my usual 1ml of test E in my ventro glute and it still hurt for a couple days. i didnt notice a difference between pinning in the intended muscle to be worked, and at a neutral site. each provided a great pump that day.
 
Something I learned with suspension is if you go to deep in the muscle belly , the worse the pip. I've had days I couldn't bend down my quad would hurt so bad using 1 1/2" pins. Try only going in 1/2-3/4" and see if it helps. Made a world of differ in for me. Btw I f'kn love suspension and:D

Update**

The insomnia kinda sucked last night but ill just take a unisom and I'll be good to go. No other real sides so far as of yet . Just pinned my delt (I do glute/glute/delt/delt.) and it hurt like hell lol. So far I've noticed a ton of vascularity difference. Veins are bulging more and the pumps are insane.. Not too bad after three pins. Can't wait for next week
 
Not on tren I didn't. I was hungry a lot. And if I didn't eat frequently enough I got low blood sugar like effects. Not fun at all
 
I can't get enough food. I would find it hard to cut on Tren. I know a lot of people do, but I'm utilizing it for growth right now. Tren + Food = Breaking PR's on everything.
 
I make myself eat but it's mainly just midday. All other times my appetite is normal. I'm cutting for sure but getting some crazy strength gains. Did 315 on flat bench today on my 5th set for 14 reps. I just wasn't getting fatigued. The pumps are insane
