treating puffy nipples on cycle

Hello, I am on my 2nd week of my cycle of sus250. I am taking 250mg a week for 10 weeks. I know most will think that is not enough but that is beside the point. My nipples are getting very puffy and slightly pointy. There is no sensitivity or no lumps what so ever. I have 70ml 50mg/ml of Torem ready to go for pct. What do I need to do to put a stop to this problem? I know this is not your typical first post and I hate for it to be this way so I appologize.
 
typically you would just use some nolvadex for that. if there is no sensitivity or lump though i would not worry about it. gyno is typically something you can feel. anastrozole will lower your estrogen but nolva is a bit more targeted for gyno in my opinion.
 
So do you think it is anything to worry about? I have been bulking a decent bit and probably have put on a noticable amount of BF so maybe I am just paranoid. But what if it is an onset of gyno? Will my PCT take care of it after my cycle? I guess the best thing to do would be to see a doctor?

Very true but he really don't have gyno.. Just puffiness. The anastrozole will keep the test from coverting to estro during the cycle. Hence aromatase inhibitor. Then pct you use clomid and or novla.

It could just be mild water retension which is common with test.
