Trauma1, If you were to run your first havoc (solo ) cycle for 4 weeks. How would you do your pct and with what supplements? include Serm of choice (nolva, torem)

Im not trauma but what I did, and had great result with, was.

1 - Havoc 20
2 - Havoc 20
3 - Havoc 30
4 - Havoc 30
5 - Havoc 40
6 - Clomid 100MG - Tamox 40MG - Clen 40MCG
7 - Clomid 50MG - Tamox 30MG - Clen MCG
8 - Clomid 50MG - Tamox 20MG - Benadryl 50MG
9 - Clomid 25MG - Tamox 10MG - Benadryl 50MG

I also ran Milk thistle starting to weeks before week 1 and ending 2 weeks after week 9 (actually I just cut the dose 2 weeks after week 9, milk thistle is cheap and I like to run it all the time for liver health), and I ran Green Bulge during all 4 weeks of PCT at recommended dose, but any other creatine would work as well.

With this protocol I actually continued to GAIN strength until 2 weeks after my PCT ended.
 
IMO you don't need to dose a serm with Havoc, but it is important to have one on hand. I would only go with Nolva for havoc. I ran 20/20/x/x because I felt I didn't need it. I wish I would have not taken it the first two weeks and saved my dosings.

To recap, don't use a serm, but have it in your possession just in case. Taking a serm with havoc is usually unnecessary, and taking 2 serms with havoc is definitely overkill.

CYCLE

Week1-Havoc: 20mg/day
Week2-Havoc: 30mg/day
Week3-Havoc: 30mg/day
Week4-Havoc: 40mg/day

PCT

Week5- Toremifine: 90mg/day x 3 days, then 60mg/day, Diesel Test Hardcore (take as protocol directs)
Week6- Toremifine: 60mg/day
Week7- Toremifine: 30mg/day
Week8- Toremifine: 30mg/day

I would also have a good creatine product and anticort product in there as well. Now although this is designed to be fairly mild on shutdown overall, i still believe it to be the best way to go.

Can you run a PCT here without the SERM? Yes, it can be done, but i still don't recommend it. Diesel Test Hardcore has received very good feedback in a havoc pct overall. I highly recommend it.

Make sure to also have a good BCAA product as well. Check out the write-up for more additional info or add-ons.

Being your first time with havoc, i'd use the compound without a doubt solo. You'll have great gains as it's designed alone already. It's important to take it slow and see how your body handles everything......especially since this is all new.

It's always wise to start small, and advance along the way. If you jump in over your head, you can live to regret it. More does not always equal better. Remember, slow and steady wins the race. :)

I am reading the direction of Diesel test hardcore and it is kind of confusing. Can you please tell us the exact dosing.

I'll have tripdog help you out with the best dosing protocol for the DTH. He knows it better than anyone. I'll get back to you once i contact him.
