LOL reminds me of when 3-AD was comin out... in one of those ridiculously large (and hilarious) threads on it before release they were talkin what all the hold ups could be and someone photo chopped Jay Cutler into a FedEX uniform with a box of 3-AD under his arm... it was great.

My obliques (where I hold a majority of my fat) and sides of my abs are just melting away... my pants are getting looser by the day and Im maintaining weight so there is DEF a nice trade off going on here gaining LBM while losing pesky fat.


Oh ya... arms are up 1/4 an inch(all starting and NOW measurements are done cold/unpumped), but still wanna see what they are pumped, They were friggin HUGE last night.... gonna go back and see where the waist sits on inches lost... ya I went there, may be inches..... not really but its nice to think. (had a 29 inch waist but thats at 140lbs.... dunno if I can even get that low with larger oblique muscles).
 
well.... hmmm now Im trippin... no change on waist... guess my obliques arent shrinking, but the abs in the front def have less fluff to them and are standing out more.... oh well. Wasnt a goal of mine this cycle but would have been a welcome side effect, lol.

I believe there are enzymes in the skin that can turn DHEA into 7-OXO DHEA too.


Regardless though Most of my carb consumption is around my workout and any time I take in a surplus of carbs its with Pslin in varying degrees.... sometimes I think too much Pslin, or the timing I dose it that allows both the Pslin and my natty slin to work together is almost too strong as I mentioned in previous posts... eating a TON and STILL going hypo.... def makes me think thats the reason I can still drop fat on that type of diet.

Im an ecto naturally as well BUT even that many carbs without something like Pslin would make me fat too.... Wonder what the effects would be if I added a REAL fat burner right now like Recreate, DCP, Clen:twisted:(actually have the last one but hate it, meeeeaaaan headaches).
 
thats how I used to do it with capped PSlin. Still did a GREAT job of keeping fat at bay and sufficiently utilizing ALOT of carbs.

Recently with the bulk though I have been either putting it RIGHT into my shake or taking it intra meal.

Noramally taking Pslin first will actually lessen the amount of insulin excreted cause it can increase Glut4 on its own and quickly dispose of the carbs/glucose never allowing the insulin response to be activated. But by taking it WITH food or after an insulin response has been initiated you get the combined effect of increased glut4 Expression from Pslin and your normal Insulin response, this has been pretty powerful in my experience thus far.
 
Day 12 Update







Weight: 228lbs (+8lbs)

Aggression: It honestly depends on the day. Yesterday i was an absolute d*ck to pretty much everyone around me, but today i'm back to fairly mellow with periods of aggressive tendencies.

Side Effects: I am starting to note some more acne on my face, but nothing terrible by any means. The pumps in my forearms and shoulders do flair at times. I'm still waiting on my poseidon to get here to add more significantly into the mix. My hair is all still accounted for as well. I do believe that i'm seeing some atrophy of the boys, nothing significant, but maybe it's just my perception today.

Strength: It's coming on a little more with each day. Still nothing of extreme measure, but more evident. My lifts with arms and shoulders/back have been the most noteable.

Pumps: They have been unreal. I feel like a freakin' tank all day long. One of the security guards i work with said that when he saw me down the hallway that i looked like a building walking towards him, lol! I put on a shirt today that i hadn't worn in a few months, and it doesn't fit in the shoulder or arms. Me likey.

Mood: I really think that the addition of the dermacrine has contributed to this great feeling of well being. It comes on within an hour after i apply the dermacrine more significantly each day. I'm really impressed with what i've seen with the dermacrin so far!

Narrative



Well, i'm approaching 2 weeks in now. I've been really impressed with my progress up to this point. My weight gain seems to have slowed over the last few days, but i attribute that to struggling to get in adequate meals while at work. I was just unbelievable busy ALL DAY LONG.

As i previously posted, my 1-T has been delayed in its shipment until the 25th. I have absolutely no idea why. That's ok though, i'll just keep on the path with my goals in sight. The dermacrine alone has really impressed me. Fantastic product!

I currently have my calories about 500 kcal above maintenance. The DCP really seems to be keeping the chub at minimal to no accumulation. What a freakin' fantastic product DCP is, and unbelievably versatile. Glad to be an RPN rep in that regard. :D

I'm not sure how long i will end up running his cycle. I had thought if the gains start to slow with the phera this week that i'd bridge into superdrol, but i'm not sure yet. I do plan to run the 1-T for a full 5 weeks at 2x dose, so my methyl will be done probably a few weeks before it all ends. Right now though it ain't broke, so i'm not fixing it. Thanks for following along everyone, and once the 1-T finally gets here.......IT'S GAME ON!!!!!​
 
How exactly are you dosing the bulk P-Slin? I've been taking it 15-20mins prior to my meals.

I've been dosing the bulk at 400mg with my pre and post workout shakes. No issues of hypoglycemia at all.

By the time i get to the gym, the pump is already in full effect.

Day 13 update







Weight: 229.8lbs(+9.8lbs)

Aggression: Today i was very aggressive. Felt like my temper flaired even with the most trivial things today. I must say though, i love it!!!

Side Effects: Still note some facial acne. Waiting on my banish to mitigate that issue. Other than that, not much to report. Some back pumps today, but nothing that was intolerable. Hair is looking good, and the boys appear a bit smaller.......not too bad though. There is also minimal bloat up to this point. I've noticed it a bit more over the last few days, but it's very tolerable. I really attribute the great nutrient partitioning effects of the supplements i'm using to limit this commonly reported aspect. I'd also like to note that the Gut Health is absolutely amazing in controlling the horrible protein flatulence that can result from this type of bulker. I HIGHLY recommend for you and your loved ones. :)

Strength: I've noted the best increases in strength in arm and back exercises. Today i could tell the phera is really kicking in now, because i felt stronger as the workout went on. Very impressive overall today.

Mood: I feel freakin' great! Confidence is way up, and my motivation to achieve all my goals is at a peak. Very impressive in this aspect as well.

Pumps: I swear they get better by the day. Today was without a doubt the best workout i've had since starting the Phera/M-TST/Dermacrine. The pumps were so massive today, that it was seriously VERY difficult to drive home from the gym.

Libido: It's been very inconsistent to me. While i wouldn't say it's suppressed, it's not all that elevated either at this point. All-in-all, not too bad up to this point.

Daily Narrative


-Today was by far the best workout i've had yet. The pumps was absolutely insane, and it's becoming very evident that the phera is building me up quickly. I think in week 3 i'm going to see my best gains yet based on the last few days. My workout endurance is improving with each workout as well.

The excessive pumps aren't nearly as bad as i would have anticipated, so for that i'm thankful. I need to get some measurements up as well. I did some before, and i'll do some mid-way thorough, and the end of the cycle.

My appetite has been so-so. Not supressed, but i have to force myself to eat at times to get in the right amount of calories/nutrients. I work over the next 3 days, so it will be a challenge to get in all my daily meals adequately.

Tomorrow is the end of week 2, so i'll have a summary up for the week when i get time to post it. My 1-T will be here tomorrow, so.....WOOT, WOOT!!!

I haven't decided if i want the follow-up bloodwork to be done at the end of the cycle, or the pct. Ideally both are needed, but i'm not down for both. I may get it done at the end of the cycle to demonstrate strain evinced by the cycle itself. I can get some follow up blood work done a few months after my PCT is done.

BTW - What's going on with hanks hormone hookers? I tore up JMH this week, haha!

No sh1t where is the one your at. I just started going to the one on nebraska(in palm harbor) . It just opened too and it a pretty good size as well. Marcus haley goes there, that dude is a straight house man. There is also this other girl that goes she has to be pro. She looks like a straight man but she is built like a sh1t brick house. I saw her walking in one day and i was like what is that alover her legs it looks like cellulite, no way it was veins like a road map just ridiculous.

Nice we will have to meet up one day and have a serious as@ training session. I know the one your talking about to and they do have the bucs cheerleaders there. i remember going one time and they were having like a aerobics class and there was about 20 guys just standing there and drooling.

I really respond well to the phera, man. I swear it was kicking in by day 2 for me. IMO, it's an absolutely fantastic bulker.

I was thinking the same thing, but i'm responding so well i'm going to hold off i think. I have some superdrol if i wanted to change it up, but don't think i'll need too. Adding in the 1-T is going to make this stack take off to a whole new level.

Yeah mine oens at 5am but that 7 pm sh1t is gay as hell. I am used to the gym at my school that was open till like 1:30 wtf?

Hey!!! Im doing alright man... will be movin out of my residence in the next 10 days or so... sad stuff. At that point Internet connection may be sporadic but Ill be keeping detailed notes and doing dandy updates as I can... really shouldnt be that sporadic as I will likely be at my grandparents in law quite often since thats where my boy will be and they have internet access and more computers then people there, lol.

I will soon have internet at the place im movin to though, they just dont have it there now.



As for the shake, yes, still workin on it. I may try a new variant tonight and if it works GREAT... BUT I also JUST received my Slin and will be doing a comparitive review to all the other slin type products Ive taken.... so I will be using that either tonight or tomorrow instead of my next MMS with pslin...

The next one BTW will likely be the exact same as the other one I posted last that ya'll are gawking at the number of carbs, while Im still going hypo lol, and will just lower the pslin from 800 down to 500 and see if I can still properly utilize the carbs, get the same strength and pumps and avoid going hypo 15 minutes after my workout despite consuming over a 1000 cals while doing it.

Def guys!!! Shoulders are quickly becoming one of my favorite workouts.... probably cause its one group that seems to continually progress each workout and my delts are finally reacting to something :head:

Alrighty then!!!

Def had a great workout as I mentioned. I decided to give my other version of the MMS out instead of movin on to SLIN just yet as I wanted to make sure I knew what worked for me for sure.

I went ahead and did as planned and used the same template for the shake but lowered the Pslin down to 500mg instead. It seemed to work great, obviously had a great workout and still didnt go hypo after the fact, very nice.

By the end of that superset of front and side lateral cable raises my delts were just buuuuurning... it felt great.


One thing to note... I push myself in EVERY workout. sometimes I move up in weight and Im def seeing some good recomp effects from this cycle right now, although my goals are more bulking then anything... bottom line is though with all this HARD work I have experienced almost ZERO DOMS for a lil bit.... had some IOMS for a lil bit after some workouts but after a good protein shake and some sleep Im perfectly fine. Def think this combo of the MMS with Pslin and my cycle are doing WONDERS for recovery, and honestly leaving me wanting to try something even harder as I LOVE feeling sore, it shows me I did a good job.

with that Im bout to take me a couple slin and a preworkout concoction that Ill detail in my next post then hit the gym for my Back and Bis workout... late fellas.
