Just curious how you vets transition from a cut to a bulk. I'll be coming off my cut in a few weeks, at which I've been at a 500 cal deficit. I'm looking to start my bulk and was wondering how you more experienced guys do the transition. Do you go straight from your 500 cal deficit one day to a 500 cal surplus the next? Or do you take a few weeks at maintenance before going to the surplus? It's been a natty cut and I'll be doing a natty bulk, if that matters.
