Thanks for the tip.xpg alpha gel on teh sack hits different fr fr
I've found great success applying transdermals by rubbing them with the inside of my wrist rather than my hands. When I use my palms, a significant amount of the product gets absorbed into the thicker skin or ends up getting washed off.
Started doing this too after I saw it posted on here, put a little inside one wrist, rub both wrists together, then use them to rub it into the inside of the biceps. Will also do top of feet sometimes.xpg alpha gel on teh sack hits different fr fr

And still getting the full effects of the product(s)?Started doing this too after I saw it posted on here, put a little inside one wrist, rub both wrists together, then use them to rub it into the inside of the biceps. Will also do top of feet sometimes.
What material are they made out of? Latex?I use disposable surgery gloves (can use the same gloves for 5-10 applications). Much better than using wrists imo
NitrileWhat material are they made out of? Latex?
I would caution against this - nitrile breaks down in many common solvents, there may also be other chemicals they use in the packaging process like plasticizers, stabilizers, etc and we don't want these components to be piggy backed into the carrier and also delivered into the dermis.I use disposable surgery gloves (can use the same gloves for 5-10 applications). Nitrile
Thanks for the insight Rob - won’t use them anymoreI would caution against this - nitrile breaks down in many common solvents, there may also be other chemicals they use in the packaging process like plasticizers, stabilizers, etc and we don't want these components to be piggy backed into the carrier and also delivered into the dermis.
The risks are increased by the rubbing process
Just use clean hands and then wash them.
Interesting. I've been using Nitrile gloves for years when using transdermals. I don't re-use them though. I toss them after only one application.I would caution against this - nitrile breaks down in many common solvents, there may also be other chemicals they use in the packaging process like plasticizers, stabilizers, etc and we don't want these components to be piggy backed into the carrier and also delivered into the dermis.

I've been using nitrile gloves as well, but perhaps I should consider using your method and tossing after each use vs reusing them over and over again.Interesting. I've been using Nitrile gloves for years when using transdermals. I don't re-use them though. I toss them after only one application.

I’ve switched to 1 use then throwing them. Only because I’m doing a blood test next week via fingerprick, and it says to not have not used any hormonal creams on your hands for 4 weeks. That's better than reusing them .... But I wouldn't recommend using them at all.
apparently up to 2-3 years past expiry they're good, if you kept them in a cool/dark placeCan transdermals expire, I have a few iconand alpha
from Original release… looking to finally trying them
That's what I recommend. So it’s best to apply transdermal’s with bare hands to avoid introducing plastics etc.. into your system?
some retro bottles there! If stored properly, they should be g2g. one of the potentials is they may be a little more runny, as the carbomer may have started to lose its structure...so, just don't be surprised if they're a little more liquidyCan transdermals expire, I have a few iconand alpha

Fair enough. At the end of the day there are chemicals in our environment that can't be avoided, but if there's even a remote possibility of directly absorbing these through my skin when using nitrile gloves I can switch up how I apply my topicals. I did greatly prefer using gloves over bare hands as there are topicals that are a massive pain to fully wash off of your hands. That's better than reusing them .... But I wouldn't recommend using them at all.
How does heat affect transdermals given this time of year?
I recently orders a number of bottles of XPG FL7, L-Carnitine and Napalm but the due to the weather they were slightly warm (not hot) when delivered and I’m concerned whether this would impair the effectiveness ?![]()
I would guess that winter would potentially be more problematic due to the product freezing.Usually they are fine. If they seem like they separated or anything shake them up. Otherwise you should be fine. Just store in a cool place. I’ve had plenty delivered in summer.

@cheftepesh1 is right, they're fine. You just don't want them stored for extended times at high temperatures. How does heat affect transdermals given this time of year?

@cheftepesh1, @delsolrob, @max silver Thank you all for your replies ! I was very worried the products were wasted and immediately put them in the fridge for 30mins and then in cool, dark cupboard. I visually checked the bottles and could see the Napalm was a beige colour and similar in appearance to other Naplam bottles I had. As for the FL7 and L- Carnitine gels, I’ve never bought them before and they appear to be colourless - is this the correct appearance for these gels ? - just wondering if the heat would have changed anything visually.
@delsolrob, I actually ordered the products from the US and took about 8 day to arrive so there’s no way of telling if they were kept within a cool area during transit - but the only of finding out is to apply them and how they perform for fat loss.

Thanks for explaining this Steve. When I took them out of the fridge they were not cold but felt just like you picked them out of a cupboard at normal room temperature.
I’m just concerned now whether the cooling during that 30 mins would have impaired the chemical properties of the ingredients in any way ! ?
Anyway, they are now stored at room temperature and I’m planning to use them in a day or two.
While we’re on the topic of topicals getting too cold, some houses in the UK have poor insulation, especially some new build ones and I suppose in that case would it be best to keep hem in a room that has sufficient heating so the bottles are not too cold to touch?
