Transdermal Test Base ?

I have 500g of Phlogel and want to make 10 batches of TD gel each being approx 50ml @ 200mg/ml would these direction be correct?

For batch 1 = 50.5 ml:

3 ml of BA
10 grams of powder Test Base
37.5 grams of Phlogel.

1) Grind up powder with CC in a bag
2) Mix / dissolve powder Test Base in 3ml's of BA in bag
3) add 10 grams of phlogel and continue mixing
4) add 20 grams of phlogel and continue mixing
5) add last 7.5 grams of phlogel and mix until uniform mixture is achieved

Cut corner of the bag and put in empty 60ml syringe for application.


This is going to be my first try at this so any input would be great. Thx.

200mg/ml is kinda high. Search for posts by Triceptor, he's the phlojel wizard.

I believe 125 is the highest concentration recommended with phlogel

Triceptor recommends 100mg/ml for best absorption rate. He does state that 200mg/ml is possible but probably at a cost of absorption.

Credit card and Benzyl alcohol respectively. Here is a better idea, google "phlojel"
