Transdermal Dienolone & Liver

Hi, I was reading an old topic here regarding topical Dienolone: i ask how can a transdermal ph stress the liver?
I imagine it could be easy to understand for oral ph's, but i really do not understand the mechanism for a topical ph to stress the liver...

TD absorption just skips the first pass of the liver, it will still make its second pass. Dienolone isn't very liver toxic to begin with so nothing a good cycle support won't handle
