Transdermal degradation

I have some 4AD bought pre-ban that appears to have lost some of its efficacy. My question: is it the actual 4AD that is degrading or the trandermal carrier? Would powder bought per-ban still be any good?

could be either both depend on where you stored them

Had it in the fridge for the first month or so. Took it out and put it in a cool, dry place sealed in a ziplock bag.

I would think you won't have had any degradation truthfully
