Training with lacerations

So yesterday at work I was using an electrical finishing saw and the battery started to go out so I had to back up a bit and the guard on this one is on the bottom so I pulled back on the guard so I could try to restart and finish this cut and the blade caught something rough or who knows what and skipped up and ripped into my right pointer finger near the top, then it skipped out of my finger And ripped and skipped two more times.
So basically I have 3 very tinder, very torn up lacerations on my finger. I'm not lifting a thing right now but my question to you guys is how long should I wait and when should I feel comfortable enough to go back into the gym and expose my finger to a germ and sweat infested gym? When the lacerations are closed up or maybe a week after they close up? I need some advice.

I would maybe get some battting gloves. Pretty much workouts gloves but they cover the finger tips and then plus you wil be bandaged up so you should be good. Will you even be able to lift with that injury? haha

Some people use super glue to close up injuries on their hands. Just make sure its washed really well before doing so. Secondly, it depends on how you lift. I prefer to suicide grip myself, leaving alot of the fingers out of action.

I decided to take the week off, I'm going to have a doc look at them Monday to make sure they are looking good. Plus I feel like I'm getting a case of mono, can you get mono twice? I've had it really bad once before

It's healed up better than expected and doesn't even look like I was cut bad anymore so I was back to the gym this week. Probably had something to do with me applying Neosporin 20 times a day.

Super glue works pretty well. It closes it up and then adding a little extra makes a kind of false callus over the cut
