Training While on SD

Hi Guys,

I am going to start my first SD cycle soon, but I won't bore you with my dosing and PCT yet. :-)

My question is about training - I am 38 and very busy. I have a three day split that looks like this;

Tue -Chest / Tri / Abs
Thurs - Back / Biceps / Calves
Sun - Legs / Shoulders / Abs

I work out hard, with perfect form (IMHO), and it takes me 60-75 mins to get through a workout. I do four or so types of excercises for each group, 3-4 sets 8-10 reps.

How should I modify my routine, if at all, for an SD cycle? More often? Lighter weight?

While I am at it, during PCT, should I change this routine?

Thanks,
R

This split will add enable you to hit upper body parts a little more while still allowing for adequate recovery. Everything else looks pretty good. You might want to decrease the number of sets per muscle group during PCT.

I see the logic for the split - thanks for the suggestion.

I might play with it some.

Thanks!
