Training time, and amount per week

I was curious to know how long people workout for per day and also how many times they train a muscle each week

I usually train 6 days a week, for 1-2 hours at a time depending on what I'm working on and how I'm feeling that day.

I train 6 days per week. 5 days are heavy lifting, compound movements with some bodybuilding bro isolation lifts. These workouts usually last 1-2 hours. The 6th day is more of a cardio/conditioning type of workout

For me its 4 times a week at an average of 1hr-1.5hrs.

For me lifting at least 6 days more likely 7 twice a day between 15 and 25 minutes per session and walk or run 2 miles (e3d) per day - day 1 am is chest (dips, flat bench and press ups) and triceps and pm is calves and abs, day 2 am is back (supinated grip Pullups, wide grip Pullups and narrow grip neutral grip Pullups all weighted) and biceps and pm is squats (rear, front and barbell hack squats), day 3 am is shoulders and traps (oh press, side and rear lateral raises and shrugs) and pm is deadlifts and sldl rinse and repeat

3 days a week, each body part once a week, 45-60 minutes, outside of that hiking and biking 2 days a week, when I was totally dedicated to nothing but bodybuilding, my best progress was made with a 3/1 split, low volume, usually in and out of the gym 30 minutes or less.

5 days week for an hour to an hour and a half per workout. Most body parts are trained once a week, except I usually have an extra day of chest or back.

It varies. Right now 5 days lifting for 20 -40 minutes hi speed and intense; and 7 days cardio.

Seeing all these different workouts, what works best? I see kisaj who is close-ish to me in age does 4 days for 45-60 min.

Would love to pick your brains.

I train 2 hours a day, each muscle group twice a week.. I'm now training 1-2 hours twice a day per muscle group, but only once a week - this is for a short period of 2 weeks though.
