training split

ive been working out on and off for the last 8 years and until now ive never put all my focus towards it. im trying to put on muscle mass with the main focus being arms and chest. i would like any imput on some training splits.. i was thinking something like this

mon chest, shoulders
tues back, abs
wed tri's, bi's
thur legs, forearm
fri off
sat repeat workout

i also have a physcially demanding job and somethimes think i overtrain, but im addicted to it
 
personally, i would double that in a week. something more like:
mon chest shoulders forearms bi's
tues back abs legs tri's
wed chest back shoulders bi's
thurs forearms abs tri's legs
fri off
repeat
