Training routine question

I'm about to do a cycle of test, tbol and maybe tren ace...is there any benefits of different routines when on gear? Should I hit my muscles once a week or would twice be optimal ?
 
Depends on that recovery my man and goals. Need that rest to grow and need them calories. Logging this? I'm interested in tbol. Taking any on cycle care for orals and such like cel cycle assist?

okay I was looking into a 3 days on 1 day off routine as I feel I can hit them twice a week so is that fine and yea I'm taking tbol @75mg and using cycle support it's basically cycle assist but in powder form
 
You know your body more than I. Seeing as you will be on the juice it should aid in recovery as well just keep the calories up and sleep.
 
I personally think it would be best to use a program or train in a way that you know works for you or others naturally. That way, you aren't using AAS as a crutch.

Yea I'm going to do that found an Arnold routine on bodybuilding.com that's suites me thanks
 
Lots of variables here. Diet, training volume etc...personally I think arnold's routines are WAAY too high volume. He reached the top of bodybuilding in spite of his training style, not because of it.
