Training programs

I'm looking to see what are some of your guys favorite training programs for size and strength. I've done all my own programs and most of my clients programs from scratch for the past 3 years (based off many things I've taken from other programs and trainers) but now I'm going to be working with some people that want options for programs, things they may have heard of, and I have been out the loop. When John Meadows was alive I always looked into a lot of his programming. Especially the ones that are geared towards powerbuilding like the UNITY program. Do you guys have any suggestions for programs for people who want powerbuilding/bodybuilding type gains. We have general fitness and strength training already available at the gym but my group is more concerned with being strong and looking good so powerbuilding is the route I tend to wander down. On top of that I also have to put a 8 week program together for another person and it's also going to be similar design for similar goals. So what are some programs you guys like or at least like to reference. I don't mind having to purchase programs as long as there not outrageously priced. I Don't think we need to include basic like strong lifts and 5x5 and all the typical stuff that's been around forever. I already use lots of stuff from those programs but also we're kinda past most of those. Looking for intermediate programs. Guys who have been in the gym a few years and ready to buckle down

I haven’t been on a specific program in years, since I am only working with myself, I am now more of the “go by feel” kinda guy, so my stuff will surely be dated lol. I ran Layne Nortons PHAT routine for a few years at the end of High school into after years. Made amazing gains but then again, I was 18, 20 years old lol. More recent (like 6 years ago) I was doing RP strength, made darn good gains on that too. Mikes old material with RP strength is gold.

Ya I lean to rp training styles a lot as I've got older. Especially when I'm working around injuries. Mike is a smart dude, and Good sense of humor too 😎

I've really enjoyed anything from coach Paris butler (bald Omni man) also jacked intellectual by fazlifts.

I use to be an AST-SS Max-OT Style kind of guy. Actually followed Jeff Willet’s training journal that he got his IFBB Pro Card in 2003. It worked. Built a good foundation. I learned how to count beyond 6 reps and now subscribe to RP style. Kind of a hybrid between Big Mike VanWyck and RP Mike. Honestly, if my joints could handle,it I’d rather be clangin and bangin Max OT wayyyyy better for my short guy ego

Jumping in to this thread a bit late but...
Jeff Nippard has a lot of good programs out there. Most include variations for beginner to advanced and different split options Full Body to 5 day splits. He goes in to detail on how hard to push each set and techniques to increase intensity also most have links to a youtube vid of how to perform the exercise. He even has a powerbuilding series. They aren't free but not outrageously priced, around 50 per program but it isn't just exercises on a spreadsheet there is a lot of info with them.
