Should you stick to the same routine when you're on as when you're off? Or should you increase the sets, or even decrease? I've heard so many things recently I've lost my confidence in my knowledge base, lol. I'll be on DMZ, Msten and M1A starting next week, for a short 4 week cycle to bounce back from an illness and loss of gym time. Experienced lifter, just wanting to make the most of the opportunity to build more muscle. Thanks!

I’ve always used it as somewhat of a period of overreach but you need to know what you’re using. Wet hormones can be used better for such a purpose. Very dry phs you’ll need to reduce volume or weight. Your joints will hurt, you’ll know how to adapt in either case.

Generally, your strength goes way up, so weights go way up, and rep counts stay same, set counts might go up as well. More sets, more weight, more frequency per muscle group. And more eating. Lots of eating.
