Training on pct

During you pct, do you find it helpful to take an extra rest day a week? Currently doing 5 days a week but I deadlifted 405 for 6 reps yesterday (my max) and I'm wondering if it's going to be too hard on my body to do an intense leg day today if I'm on pct...?
 
I'm going just as hard as I do on cycle, if you do a good enough PCT I don't feel it's necessary to do it any different than on, plus, you want to make sure you keep all your gains you did during cycle.

Some might do it different but that's how I do it.
