Training On PCT

This is my first ever AAS cycle. I'm currently half way through week 4 of a 7 week epistane cycle and I'm really starting to feel the effects. Energy in the gym is insane it's like I just cant get tired. I have gained 10 pounds while maintaining the same bf % and maybe decreasing it slightly. I have clomid and Post Cycle 3x for PCT. Not sure exactly what dose I should use for the clomid. My biggest concern is training on PCT. Everywhere I read people say to make sure you train just as hard and eat the same as you do on cycle to keep your gains. Is this really possible? I know for a fact I have never ever been able to stay in the gym for 2.5 hours and lift hard with very little rest and not get tired. I'de love to hear from some other people how hard they were able to train while doing PCT and how they felt throughout the day.
 
You in the gym for 2.5 hrs?! that may be excessive but the idea is to try and train with the same intensity to solidify the gains you have made while on cycle. You may not recover as fast but you sure can eat as big and train as hard. There is a huge portion that is a mind game when you come off.
 
I figured it would be a mind game. Before I started the cycle I normally would stay in the gym around 1 hour and 45 depending on what I was training that day. Since starting though I noticed I just was not getting tired. I've been able to eat so much more also so I started getting to the gym an hour earlier in the morning to get more time in before I go to work. I'll probably get a pre workout supplement to keep me energy up in the AM and try my best to train just as hard. Any suggestions as far as pre workouts go? I haven't taken one in over a year. I used to use Jack3d and I'm not even sure if that's even on the market anymore.
 
A lot of people say stay away from pre's while on cycle. But, I'm in the same boat as you as far as working out in the mornings except that I've been using a pre for awhile and not using one now. I had been using MetRx nuclear x and loved it. Olympus just came out with a new pre that's supposed to be good. I'm thinking of getting something like ON amino energy bc it's got a little caffeine but is not nearly as potent as most pre's. Anyways, I'm curious what you end up doing and how it works out.

I'll look into that ON amino energy, I dont really like getting dependent on stims to lift cause I know when I do decide to come off of them, those first few days without it will suck! Energy really isnt a problem now, but I will probably need a little boost when I start my PCT.
 
I'm definitely jumping back on a pre when I hit pct. I just started my epi so I'm gonna try to stay off the pre's for the full cycle if I can.

Its not a bad idea simply from the blood pressure angle. However when you get off a pre can def help keep the energy levels up Quake by Ironflex is a good product I just finished my first tub, Olympus came out swinging with their new prework out, I am hyped to see what my sample does for me . Prodigy by PNI was one of my other favorites
 
I just switched to hemavol on cycle since it is non stim. I still drink a small cup of coffee with it though because I truly believe I will die if I don't have a little caffeine. Hemavol on epi = epic pumps btw.
 
I've got some hemavol that I bought for on cycle but it does nothing for me energy wise. I'm with you, I need a little caffeine but don't drink coffee. It's a struggle right now, but I'm sure I'll get more used to it.
