Hello guys atm im on my 2nd week of a 12 week Heavy bulk , i plan on adding as much weight as possible (not to strict about fat gains as im low on bf) . Also im on a 10 week sarms cycle (LGD,OSTARINE,MK-677) and my diet is 3500-4000 calories each day with 250g + protein . My current training prog is:
Day 1: Chest Triceps Heavy workout, Day 2: Back Biceps Heavy Workout , Day 3 : Legs,Shoulders Heavy Workout , Day 4 : Off , Day 5: Chest Triceps Light workout, Day 6: Back Biceps Light Workout , Day7:Off. (Heavy workout = more weight lessreps, Light = Lessweight more reps ) . How does this sound to you? is it the best i can do for a Bulk? or should i change it to something else for more muscle-weight gain?

If you're looking for best gains I would do 3 full body sessions a week with light isolation, mobility and flexibility work and Cardio on off days as desired/possible.

Personally I would put more rest between your heavy days. Especially if your not worried about a little extra fat gain, you will grow better with more rest.

SARMs do NOT prevent over training. I would be easy on chest with that regimen as well.

You will not overtrain from hitting a part 2 times per week.. Studies have shown hitting each body part 2 times a week is optimal and 3 times a week could be better although not conclusive.

Especially when undulating intensity and volume like he is doing. Good idea to move one of the heavy days with one of the light days tho, give the CNS a bit more rest.
