5 minutes alone will make me crush it! Then look for a face to smash. I have to be careful. I do have violent tendencies, with a history of same. I Mainly listen to country now when Im in regular mode, keeps me calm. But hard hitters like Pantera, Five Finger Death Punch, Anthrax, Cypress Hill,yes Cypress Hill, must be held till workout time. If I listen to it as casual listening, I can feel my eyebrows drop into angry eye position and I start to grit my teeth.
 
Someone at work started playing ...and justice for all. The full album. I wanted to either lift or punch someone. I couldn't figure which....haha
 
Hollywood Undead "undead" has been almost on constant repeat lately! I forgot how much i like that song. FFDP, early slipknot and disturbed otherwise with the occasional rap thrown in.

I know right! I have some biggie in my playlist too. I like the "The Warning" and "10 Crack Commandments" training like backyard style. RIP Biggie and Kimbo!

I watched Dom Mazzeti's "music video" yesterday and at the end he rips off Kanye's Jesus Walks cadence, only he says Jesus Reps with me...and now I have that stuck in my damn head lol.
