Training log

Starting to slowly getting strength back in my chest had a ripped pectoral from a powerlifting competition few years back. Used to have a 445 competition bench press until I ripped it when I was dehydrated and dieted down to 219lbs to get below 220lbs for my comp. the 405 lb press took the win though..

Incline hammer strength 4/10-15 reps
Flat hammer strength 3/10-15
Chest press hammer grip incline 3/10-20
Peck deck 3/20
Crossover 3/20
