Anybody ever held in their hands an actual book about teaching people how to squat, dl, bench, etc. that was good and would recommend? (besides starting strength ...) I have a girl that is starting to workout and she doesn't do the internets, nor has a smart phone, and needs an actual book to help her.

Appreciate any suggestions! tnx

I read Brawn and Beyond Brawn like it was the bible! I'm not sure his philosophy of minimal work and maximum recovery has aged well with what we know about hitting a muscle multiple times a week to maximise mps but there's probably still lots to gain from reading those books.
