I am 21 years old

im 5'9 at about 190 lbs right now.

I want to start competing in powerlifting soon even though im weak as **** right now

Best lifts are

B - 325
S - 325
D - 475

I've had terrible knees ever since I can remember and couple that with not being able to do squats the first few years of training at this horrible place they called a gym. I get pain squatting 135 lbs so I have to wrap up every time.

First time taking hemo-rage, WOW. I didnt get the jitters like I did with no xplode. Took a while to kick in but I got so many effects. I had a ton of energy/endurance that I was lacking last week even when i took no xplode. I didnt even feel like I needed to rest between sets. The focus was probably the greatest thing about it...I had and still have tunnel vision right now as I am typing. I even flipped someone off after leaving the gym because they didnt let me get in the lane, that was the hemo-rage lol. This is probably the best pre-workout booster I have used, although I am not going to get too excited because first times are always the best. I hope I can sleep tonight, although I am excited to see how this will help me with studying.

I was pretty strong today, got the PR on close grip and felt like I coulda gotten another rep on the 275 set. I did a lot more exercises than I normally would but I am trying to get my pull ups to par so I added some lat pulldowns.

My right knee was absolutely killing me...I am getting so discouraged and I am afraid I will never be able to squat. I cant go to the damn doctors either, i have no insurance. FMK - **** my knees
