Training in a new gym...

So i recently started training at a local gym near my house. For the past 3 years i have been training at my varsity gym at school during the summer as i usually live up there, but due to some unforseen incovienences i have to live with my father.

Anyways....

What im trying to say is that i have been around fairly experienced gym-goers and going into this new public gym is a total shell shock. I have witnessed EVERY single thing that has been talked about as wrong on here, from the creepy guy using the saw motion to dry his sack, to the 130 lb kid doing the curl-clean yank with 125 on the bar, to the god damn music consisting of Carrie Underwood and other amrican idol **** that doesnt get me in the mood to lift at all.

I could always imagine what it would be like to see this **** in real life, and now i have, and it is truely a painful sight seeing the same group of 3 kids no more than 16 years old, come in and rip out 30 sets of curls and the occasional set of shrugs done incorrectly. I hear the typical **** like "what should we do today? dude, lets bench" everyday im there. Its truely a sight and i didnt really think this type of crap went on, but apparently it does. I love it.
