Been squatting, deadlifting, and benching for 5 years consistently now. I have a work schedule of 3 12 hour shifts and then I'm off for 4 days.

Recently I've did this training plan

Sun: Get off nightshift, sleep, chest only (30 min-1 hour)

Mon: Get off nightshift , sleep 8 hrs ,Back (2 hrs 30 min) Biceps (20 min)

Tue: Sleep 10-12 hrs , squats/legs (2-3 hrs)

Wed: Sleep 10-12 hrs, chest/triceps (2-3 hrs)

Thur: Sleep 10-12 hrs, sqauts legs (1-2 hrs)

Fri: Sleep 10-12 hrs, back/biceps (1-2 hours) then work

Sat: Get off nightshift , rest

This is my 2nd ever cycle on prework out supplements. What's your opinion on overtraining? My other training plan is the same as listed above but Thursday I will rest and then Friday I will do deadlifts and back training.

28, lean gains, get more cut. My diet could be better in terms of eating more calories but the preworkout supplement suppresses it.

Back days resemble this:

Lat pull no wide grip 5x5 210 lbs If I can't finish the weight I'll go down 10 lbs and finish it.

Lat pull down machine: 5x5 non wide grip 290 lbs (max weight of that machine)

Lat pull machine: wide grip 5x5 170 lbs max weight

Isolated Lat pull down with plates : 5x5 245 lbs

Row machine: 90 lbs strict form 5x5

Row machine (different brand): 50 lbs each arm 5x5 strict form

Bent over row barbell
Stand/machine : 90 lbs strict form 5x5

Bicep curls: By this time my arms are tired and I just rep until failure. Usually a couple reps and 4 sets. Each arm individually 35 lbs.

Bicep preacher machine: reps until arms
are sore and can't be pumped any more.
