Training Day Suggestions

I was wondering what would be a good routine
for weekly lifting.
Currently I have been doing the following:

MOn- Chest, Bi, Tri
Tues , 45m cardio
Wed-Off
Thursday-Legs,Abs, Light Cardio
Friday-Off
Sat-Back, Shoulders
SUn-off

Any Suggestions would be appreciated.
I am currently trying to gain weight if that makes a diff.
