Training and Diet Pills?

Hey Guys. I'm fairly new to this site but i'm already loving it! Tons of info!

I've recently been taking Alpha Drol about 5 months ago and now Spawn. I'm very satisfied with the muscle and strength gains i've achieved with both.

I started at 6'5, 285. And am now at about 325. I never have consistently worked out till recently, usually playing Basketball to keep in shape. Since hittin the gym regularly and taking these supplements my bench has gone from 285 to 455. I'm gaining a ton of muscle but i'm starting to miss being under 300. I've been eating decently. Oatmeal, egg whites, subway sandwitchs w/out the mayo, vegi, etc. and i've recently added more cardio to my excercise routine but was wondering if taking diet pills would be too much on the liver while taking Spawn? Id appreciate the help or any pointers u might have guys. Thanks.

Being such a big guy, you should really watch your blood pressure if you choose to try one of these stacks.

If you lower your carb intake everywhere but breakfast and intra and post workout, it will be easier to lose fat/weight.

Eating healthy is going to do more for your fat loss than any fat loss product. You should be eating LOTS of veggies for your carbohydrates. Lean protein and fats are necessary too. Drinking over a gallon of water a day is optimum. You need to calculate your maintenance calories and subtract 300-500 from that so you will know how much you should intake every day for fat loss.
 
if you go do the eca or ecy you should toss in something for bp like hawthorne berry extract and coq10. Overall I think you'll be blown away by those stacks for cutting tho since you have never used them before. I think my first time using e/c/a i dropped 12lbs in 4 weeks without cardio and a half decent diet. I know now diet is key tho and have fixed that, cardio on the other hand is still the devil haha
