Training after PCT? help

Just finished a 4 week pct for epi a few days ago. Lost a good amount of my gains unfortunately. Went from 167-183. Weighed in the other day at 172. During pct I dropped strength slightly but kept my rep range relatively high (8-12).

Definitely have noticed slower recovery time between workouts and haven't been able to hit body parts twice a week like I did on cycle, so I have been doing full body for the last week in attempt to bridge the gap between programs. What would you recommend as far as volume goes for my next 4 week program (off gear)?

I'm addicted to working out which may be a problem because I have never felt this overtrained before and I hate cutting workout frequency/volume.

You might have lost some of your gains if you dropped your cals during pct. Which is a common mistake.

You could roll with a simple 4-5 day split, but reduce the load by 50-70% for a couple of weeks. This deload should get you going again.

Just an update: Took a few extra days off and surprised myself this week with a few PR's hitting a few extra reps on flat and overhead press. I definitely had cut calories, more so for financial reasons--- eating clean is expensive sometimes haha.

So my strength is there but I am down to 175-171, meaning i dropped ~10lbs which is odd because my clothes seem to be fitting tighter than usual.

Finally getting the libido back as well. No complaints

Thanks for the advice.
