Hi all would like advise on 2 things first off is it better to train on a set program witch I would follow for 3-4 weeks or mix it up every week? 2nd is this a good split?
Monday chest & calfs
Tuesday back & abs
Wednesday rest
Thursday upper legs & tris
Friday shoulders & bi
Fi
I know for myself I do chest and tris then back and bis then legs and shoulders then rest day and repeat. On alternating days I do one day abs the next cardio (depending on whether you are bulking or cutting to do cardio). Also you can switch up routine every couple months to doing negatives or full body days.
