Check it: 360 vitamins for $11.99 at Trader Joes.
The serving size is 2 pills, but that still kicks the crap out of the AST multi pro 32x I was taking. Ingredient amounts are equal or better except for zinc, which is a bit lower. It also doesn't have junk like vanadium and boron.
If you have a Trader Joe's in your area, and have never been there. GO! There's great deals on fish, chicken, and protein bars too.
