Today I did my second shoulders and triceps session for this week. Totally killed the **** out of my workout! If you look at Monday's session, I literally lifted more on every lift today. Broke PR's out the ass!

Weight's been sitting around 192.8lbs, for the record. Trying really hard to lean gain right now. Want to slim down, but want to keep up strength and size, so I'm doing things slowly. Otherwise I'd go balls to the wall and put on as much mass as possible. I can definitely tell this cycle could throw on a solid 10+ lbs easily if I geared my diet for that.
 
Nice DB shoulder press. So what's your maintenance calories and how much are you eating? I'm starting a DMZ lean bulk/recomp next week. Thinking of keeping around 200 under maintenance but high protein.

Last time I actually figured out my maintenance calories I was off cycle and they were around 2535 calories (i went off of 200 protein, 265 carbs, 75 fat). I was also about 196lbs back then. Now I eat around 2500-2800 calories most days and my weight has been staying pretty steady (192-194ish).
I'm not super strict with tracking every single macro/calorie right now because I'm not looking to start competing for a while. But I do track MOST things.
 
So Friday night I started to notice some soreness in my nips and it was on and off throughout the day yesterday too. Nothing major, but definitely not normal. Been running Elim1nate at 2 caps a day so far and haven't had issues til now. Think it's just because I raised my doses of tr3st and d1meth a few days ago. So I raised Elim1nate to 4 caps and I think that helped. Woke up this morning and soreness was gone. I think that did the trick, figured I'd let everyone know.


Other than that, I went for a 4 mile run yesterday, burned around 650 calories. I'll be back in the gym on Monday, been relaxing with family at a beach house for the weekend.
Wife has even been making comments left and right lately about how I "seem a lot bigger and look more defined".
Cycle is going pretty well so far!

Sooo I weighed myself today.

Mind-blown by what the scale said, especially because I've been feeling a little leaner lately.


200lbs.


That's an 8 lb gain from this cycle so far and I'm only 3 weeks in to it. 3 more to go!

Ok. Today was SUPPOSED to be leg day. Went to the gym and started my workout but was seriously not feeling in to it what so ever. Plus my hip was aching.

Soo I did some squats, deadlifts, leg presses, leg extensions, leg curls and calf presses.
Kind of a crappy workout though so I didn't bother recording everything.

Today was just one of those days.
Hope tomorrow is better!

Haha well it doesn't feel like much to me. I used to squat 415 and deadlift 425 a little over a year ago but I injured my leg when I came home from my last deployment. So what I'm squatting/deadlifting now doesn't really impress me. Haven't quite built my strength back to what it was back then.
 
I always had a weird imbalance there bcause I've deadlifted 425, but could never break tha 315 mark on squats. Always drove me nuts....still does.

Today was my first day back in the gym since Friday (didn't get around to posting my shoulder/triceps workout Friday, but it was great lol). Been super busy, started transition training this week (getting out of the military soon), which takes all frickin day. AND Fall 2 quarter started this week so I've been busy with school work too.

Did chest and bi's today, felt frickin amazing. Great strength and pumps today!

Last two weeks were kind of a let down, wasn't changing anything in my routine, diet or anything to influence it, but last two weeks I've been feeling completely drained and weak as ****. No matter how much I eat or sleep. Matter of fact all I want to do is sleep the last two weeks. Just kinda hit me out of nowhere.

Weight is up to 202, which is around 10-11lb increase overall, so that's good.

Hoping I balance back out though because this drained feeling lately sucks.

Overall good cycle, next time I stack with tr3st I'll probably keep it low dose and only for 4 weeks, saw best results that way.

Yeah definitely. Think it's the time of year throwing me off. Good cycle overall though, first time breaking the 200lb mark
