Tr3st by Olympus Labs - Dosing Time Help?

Hi,

I am going to run an 8 week cycle of Tr3n and Tr3st by Olympus Labs.
I might extend the cycle depending on how it goes.


Tr3n: 60 / 60 / 90 / 90 / 90 / 120 / 120 / 120

Tr3st: 75 / 75 / 75 / 100 / 100 / 100 / 100 / 100


Page 9 of this study (not sure how credible) states that the terminal half life for Trestolone (MENT) was observed to be around 40 mins.

With such a short half life, how would one dose this throughout the day?
 
When dosing 75mg/day split the 3 doses as evenly as possible throughout the day with one of the, pre workout. When dosing 100/day do the same but make the pwo dose 50mg.
 
Do you have a good ai on hand like exemestane? Trest estrogen sides can get tough at 100mg
