Tr3n and EPI

I'm new to the pH's and just bought EP15TANE and TR3N Shredd3D Stack by Olympus Labs. I was wondering what the best PCT supplements would be to buy and what to take on cycle?

Was going to do a 6wk cycle my the Mg are 15mg for EPI and 30mg for Tr3n

Was also wondering how to dose?

EPI 30/30/30/45/45/45
Tr3n 60/60/60/90/90/90




Stats are:
5'11 215lbs 23yrs old
 
Just run epi solo since its you first cycle. Use the tr3n later on.

Pct: Nolva 20/20/10/10, Daa 3g e/d

On cycle: Cel cycle assist, Fish oil, Taurine 3-6g, joint supp like animal flex

30/30/45/45/45/45(Maybe 60). Go by feel on the dosing

Why just Epi? And where can I get the rest of the supps?

you'll get amazing gains with just Epi on your first cycle. 30/45/45/45/45/45 for 6 weeks should be good! Add Sup3r pct in your pct with the previously mentioned supps.

Nolva as in Novladren-XT and Daa as in DAA by LGI D-Aspartic Acid for Post cycle?

When people say nolva, they are never referring to an OTC supplement. Some... questionable... supplement companies use product names similar to commonly used bodybuilding products, and this is one of those cases. Nolva is nolvadex. DAA has several different products (d-aspartic acid is the generic supplement name)- I haven't used the one from LGI, but I've used testforce 2 by e-pharm and purus labs product (I think it's dpol). I've also used ****'s DAA product. All gave fairly similar results - I think e-pharm's dissolved better, purus was in tablet form, but a lot of the DAA products are equivalent if they are pure.

Oximega (fish oil)
Allmax taurine 3-6g
optional joint sup: Animal flex

Pct:
Nolva (buy from one of the sponsors): Dose 20/20/10/10
Sns Daa

Thank you much appreciated. One more question when I take the Epi do I take the full dosage in the morning with everything else?

Split the doses evenly throughout the day. When taking 30mg/day, spread 12 hours apart. When taking 45mg/day spread 8 hours apart. I would throw in Olympus Labs Sup3r PCT, it's a great compound. Test boosting, estrogen blocking, organ support, etc. And SNS DAA is the sh*t.

Could I just do the Sup3r PCT by itself for PCT? Jw
 
You need a SERM. Nolvadex or Clomid. Do a little reading about what a SERM does so you know why, and the difference between it and an Aromatase Inhibitor. If cost is your concern then PM me, I can recommend a good source. Epistane may be good for a first cycle, but it is a legit steroid that requires a full PCT regimen.
