tr1umph_+ anabeta elite (pes science) + x gels

I would personally use more for a bulk with that stack. Xgels and anabeta are both great for mass gaining. Just keep in mind the calories from triumph.
 
yes i didnt mention it well...i will be 300-400 calories surplus so..... yes its a mass stack... any recommendations about dosing? or smthng to take care?

Bulk➡️Recomp➡️cutting➡️Recomp and start all over. If I had to be honest your stack looks great for a serious holiday season bulk but I feel you still are short on the calories. When I used ArA my appetite went through the roof! I’d keep a PBandJ just for a 2am snack. Combining that with AB+ could be great but you have to fuel adequately. I think you should drop one and my votes to drop the Triumph for a bit and stagger the ArA and AB+.

Do you really think 8weeks is a real “bulk”. What’s your goal and your age? Miracles can happen in the younger population but not so much once your over the hill.
 
hmm as it seems i need some help..so im 21 years old and i need 3 months bulking till march then 2 months recomp and then cutting?...so u think that i should start for 8 weeks only x gels and abe?? or if i add and tr1umph i should go to 800 calories surplus?? appreciate your help cause im sill newbie..i am working out for 4 years

The approach mentioned above would work, but there's no set way to structure your bulking, recomping, and cutting. Whatever is best for you. The longer you can commit to bulking, the better. And you don't need to recomp between a bulk and a cut.

That stack would be killer for a lean bulk or bulk. Tr1umph + Alphamax + X-gels has been my go-to bulking stack for a while, and ABE would also be a good choice. I would run it for at least 8 weeks, and I wouldn't jump into a deep calorie deficit immediately after running this stack. What are you planning for your cutting cycle?

Im about to jump this as well and throwing in Erase Pro to this stack. I read somewhere on this forum that this very solid and would be compared to weak D-bol in terms of benefits! would you agree?

Have you used these products solo before? I think Erase Pro is a great product, but I also think that it is better when used during a cutting stack. Keep in mind that more supplements/products isn't always better. Tr1umph + ABE or Alphamax + X-Gels is a killer stack to begin with, and I feel that adding in Erase Pro would be excessive and unnecessary.

I also can't confirm it's comparison to d-bol as I've never used it before, but typically the effects of natural products like these are not as pronounced as any SARMs, PH's, or anabolics.
