Recently changed my workout to sink with my ph cycle. (training and ph under the tge guru manbeast).just seven days into it i screwed up by dtopping a db on my chest. it did not hurt fir two days but now a week later i am left with just cardio and light swim. can not do squays jusyt leg pressed ect. i know atleast i can do those but still gutted. It is thought that i have only bruised inter corsal muscles and thats why deep breathing hurts.
