I'd make another "if you don't hear back from me" joke, but the last time I did that it came true. So I won't repeat that mistake ;)
 
Glad to hear the floor presses and CGBP are feeling good. What's going on with bench? You gonna try for 355+ this week? You got it if you want it, me thinks. But hell that's nothing but a thang compared to what you intend to pull. 605?!?! This toro has big cajones.
 
Hey man. No, I decided to drop out of that contest and just restart my whole bench cycle from the beginning. I've lost a little strength, but more importantly I've lost the confidence to handle heavy weights. That combined with the imminence of shoulder issues due to recent history basically means the better option here is to focus on the big picture and let this one go. Thanks for checking in and rooting for me. Maybe I'll make it up with a half decent deadlift, eh?

Caution is the better part of valor, so I strongly support your decision, though I did want to see you get it. And I can relate, I had the OHP prize in my pocket, but I had to drop out, though I still got second.

What the fawk is up with this no profanity?!?! I can't find an effin' toggle, and am inferring there is none given the conventions I am witnessing. This is going to require a major reprogramming on my part, as profanity is a frickin' fundamental part of me and my gosh darned vernacular.

They used to censor out competing company names. I think there's been a lot of drama pertaining to supplement recalls and such lately that they finally uncensored GNC to make the news articles on the front page make sense to everyone else. But there are few other ones that are sort of ridiculous. It's kind of funny they censored GNC for so long, anyways, considering how they are not even at the same level as Nutraplanet.

Turns out I uploaded the wrong vid, the unedited one. My b. Anyways, I only did the deadlifting portion of my workout before I had to run out and do some special errands before 830. I'll do the rest tomorrow and begin that deload.

Thanks. Haha yeah, being 6'3 is pretty nice. I have to say I think it's about the perfect height, and I don't say that with an ounce of narcissism. It just seems to be just tall enough to be tall, but not so tall that you go through a host of inconveniences in your life like ducking through hallways, walkways, and doorways, not to mention the headache of getting in a car.

Haha thanks. It felt really good despite on the exterior being rather confident about pulling this weight. I also lost a lot of sleep last night, so I did this in spite of that.

Yep, you got 6 inches in height, 60 pounds of body weight, and 55 pounds of deadlift on me. I can only narrow the gap on 2 out of the 3 of those. Hahaha!

No belt either? Balls of steel my friend.

Haha, I've been around, guys. Just havent been to the gym much lately, and I've been busy at work and had my eyes dilated the other day so no computer time afterwards.

Been deloading, eating, climbed up to 271 lb bodyweight (last time I hit 270 was a fluke, scale was broken. I think this time it's for real).

I tried to go in and do my usual dumbbell bench complexes, but I couldn't bench at all today. Felt some definitely shoulder impingement-like pain (pain along the nerve from the shoulder down the bicep through into the forearm). Instead I did a bunch of upper back and lat work. I was pretty disappointed to be doing lat pulldowns with 180lbs for sets of 9 - pretty sure I was up to 230-240 with 4 second negatives back when I did DC training. Also haven't been doing my DC shoulder dislocations for almost 2 weeks - I need to get back to doing those. They have helped me 100% in the past, so I should keep up with them now.

That's pretty much all. Going out of town tomorrow so I wont be back in the gym until at least Sunday, potentially Monday.

Balls.

Take it easy, have a good trip. Chins have always helped my shoulders. I try and get them in twice a week. They work miracles for me. My issues are my pec tie ins.
