Torn Labrum - How to keep gains after surgery..?

On January 25th I was involved in a motorcycle accident that left me with a labral tear in my right shoulder. It's not healing on it's own and my orthopedic doctor said it won't heal on its own. He recommends minimally invasive surgery to pretty much nail my labrum back to my bone or something.

He said that I will be in a sling and not able to use my right arm at ALL for 4 weeks, and then after it will take 3 months of physical therapy.

My shoulder will be okay for a little while but it takes next to nothing to make it act up. For example one of my friends fell onto me, with hardly any force, and it literally made a RIPPING sensation and popped around in there, I could barely even feel my hand and couldn't grip **** afterward. Had to sling my arm for a good 5-6 hours.

Here are my questions:

1. How will I keep my gains/weight up while I am not able to workout?

2. Will I ever be able to have my full ROM back ever again? For example my left arm - I can almost touch the back of my neck with it by crawling it up my back. My right arm only gets a little bit past about half way up my back.

3. Will I ever be able to bench, shoulder press, etc ever again?

Thanks for the help guys. If anyone has had a labral tear please give your input and experience.

GHRP-2 CJC1295 w/o dac is amazing for recovery I don't think think you have much of a choice about loosing some size unless you do something like a cruise. But if your stats are correct 6'3 185 lbs you probably should not run a cycle as i assume it would be your first.

What do you mean something like a cruise?

It wouldn't be my first. When I first started working out 3 years ago I was only 150 pounds at this same height. I was stupid and took epistane. Later with more experience (still no business using a PH), I took helladrol (halo clone).

What exactly makes GHRP-2 CJC1295 w/o dac good for recovery?

Hey brother, the ring in my labrum is blown out AND it's cracked torn and split front to back...

I won't do surgery. The doc actually said replacement at one point.

Basically I've done a boat load of rotator cuff work to strengthen the surrounding area. I take glucosamine chondroitin msm and cissius religiously. I use a splash of deca while on cycle to help soothe it.

Answers to your questions:

1. You won't unless you gain fat. Not recommended.

2. Probably not. The surgery isn't that effective from what I understand. The few guys I know that have had it lost ROM. That's part of why I won't even let them clean it up.

3. Yes. As I said I do a ton of rehab style work. I make sure I'm sufficiently warm. If it starts to hurt in the joint I choose a new exercise. I'm still able to bench around the 400 lb mark. Shoulder presses, I did 100lb bells for 12 reps a few weeks ago.

A cruise is long term Testosterone injections.
Cjc-1295 and GHRP-2 are growth hormone secretagogues which will force your body into making more growth hormone which is what show's promise for recovery from injuries mind you there is no conclusive proof of this yet just a few studies and anecdotal evidence.

I just got diagnosed with this last week. It has been bothering me for a while. I am taking it easy with it but gd it gets painfull fast. I am just working around the pain. I like the deca idea.

Eq and gh are better. I can't afford gh. I don't like eq. Just rehab rehab rehab. I call it short on days from the pain. Others I can lift till I pass out.

I found some CJC-1295 w/o DAC on hardcore peptides dot com. It is listed on there as MOD GRF 1-29 (CJC-1295 W/O DAC).

Is this injectable, or can I take it with an oral syringe like you would take Tamoxifen Citrate?

My ortho advised against surgery at first he said we can alway go that route if it isn't something I can live with. I would try PT for a while first because there is no guarantee it will eliminate the pain. Give it a little time and take some joint sups for a little while before u go under the knife. Mine still acts up but I'm a side sleeper for one and I don't take my joint supp enough. But when I do the pains subsides.
