Toremifene dosing

How would you dose Toremifene in PCT coming off a 4 months hard cycle?

I think most people follow this protocol

120mg/4days
90/4days
60/1week
30/1 week

I was more along the lines of:

Week 1 @ 120mg
Week 2 @ 80mg
Week 3 @ 40mg
Week 4 @ 20mg


Possibly tapering UP an AI such as Activate or JW as you taper DOWN the SERM...

thanx guys, even though my cycle is 4 months you only run the Torem for 1 month?
