Serms will only help prevent estrogen from binding to the estrogen receptors in the breast glands, meaning that your body will still have excessive amounts of estrogen. Ai’s will disable the aromatize enzyme from converting, meaning that it will lower your estrogen overall. Ai’s are superior for controlling estrogen, but that doesn’t mean that it wouldn’t hurt to also have a serm.
as far as controlling E2, arimidex is the standard (likely due to the availablity/ease of use), but aromasin is also quite popular and effective. letro works well for some, but also seems much more unpredictable....
