is Toremifene Citrate a good PCT for m14-e or nasty mass and what should the dosing be on a bottle of 1800mg, 30ml and will this bottle of torem b enough. i weigh 251 and am 6'4" and going to run a cycle of m14-e or nasty mass for 5 weeks then start PCT so just wondering what PCT should look like on dosing and duration.

Torem:90/60/60/30 will run you through the whole bottle.

You should be good at the above dose, but if you want to be extra careful and run it at higher dosages, get a bigger bottle.
